Holosmedic has established the HOLOSCOVERDY™ system to discover targets that attack “ER stress” in cancer cells and their surrounding environment as a new drug development strategy that increases sensitivity to anticancer drugs by modifying both anticancer treatment-resistant cancer cells and their surrounding environment.
We are developing first-in-class drugs to overcome cancer resistance by conducting rodent efficacy evaluation, toxicity evaluation, and pharmacokinetic studies in a one-stop system based on cell screening to understand the resistance process of tumor cells and identify new compounds to overcome resistance mechanisms found in clinical aspects.
